Speedbird 747 @ BDL 20090702

Picture of a British Airways 747 which arrived at Bradley (BDL) the afternoon of 1 July 2009. It was scheduled to fly LHR-BOS, but diverted here for reasons unknown.

Normally, BDL sees diversions from Boston and the New York City area airports when weather affects those locations, and indeed BOS was having issues with weather and an ILS being down. However, this picture was shot the following morning, suggesting that there's more to the story.
