Memphis, as it was when I visited at Labor Day 2000. Note the realignment of I-40, and the progress made on a new outer beltway (SPR 385).
Since I prepared the map, it was pointed out to me that part of the new MS 304 freeway (shown on the next page) was also recently opened.

fellow road geek here. just noticed that google maps has I-69 labeled south of memphis. don’t know how long it’s been that way. very interesting since i used to live in east texas where “future i-69″ signs have been up for 7-8 years.
