		<description>omg, I can&#039;t believe this &quot;spendulus&quot; package. 100 million for lead based paint reduction? Are you kidding me?   The number of Americans killed by lead based paint annually is less than 1/23  of the total population.  Surely there is a bigger threat to well being of Americans that we could spend 100 million on and really make an impact.  Where has common sense gone?

1.  Lists like this show that Republicans are just being obstructionists as many of these DO impact the number of employees companies can keep busy and improve infrastructure.  Putting all the building, renovation, computer upgrades on this list show they just don&#039;t get it. The idea is to throw money at things in Obama&#039;s platform to stimulate the economy...

2.  On the other hand, I don&#039;t think Obama and his group have countered this type of list-making very effectively.</description>
