I’m not sure I’d go quite that far…but I wasn’t kidding when I said we had to change the channel.
Still, I wonder how Palin is playing with “Joe Sixpack” this evening.
I watched the debate for the first 60 minutes then bailed. I asked my wife the same question – the debate wasn’t for me or her and it probably wasn’t for you or most of this audience. It was for those “other people” – those in the middle, joe six-pack, soccer moms and NASCAR dads who honestly don’t know who they’re going to vote for. I wonder how she sounded to them.
As someone who votes on principle alone, I don’t understand how 50% of the country does not know who they’re voting for. That is beyond me. But I guess good looks, charisma and how the media reports does apply. We’ll find out in a month I suppose.
