I can’t help but wonder if the first law passed if/when the Dems hold both the White House and Congress is a ban on unflattering press photography.

the difference is the obama picture was taken two years before he ran for president, and not during the campaign. Also, a democrat (Clinton camp) leaked the picture and are the ones to make a big deal out of it.
