I’ve been intrigued by the Fair Tax concept that’s been making the political rounds again in certain circles, after I heard Mike Huckabee talk a bit about it in a town hall meeting broadcast on XM’s POTUS 08 channel.
I’ve been meaning to write a bit about it (it’s interesting, but I don’t believe its implementation is anywhere as simple as its proponents claim)…but I haven’t gotten around to doing so.
However, that won’t stop me from mentioning that there is an interesting discussion on the subject taking place over at Balloon Justice.
