A few supporters got together and called for an attempt to attract media attention to the Ron Paul campaign by raising as much money as possible in a single day — Monday, 5 November, a.k.a. Guy Fawkes Day.
It’s just after midnight Eastern time as I write this, and the “Money Graph” shows about $4 million raised in the day.
Impressive. It beats attempting to explode a load of gunpowder in the basement of the Capitol, I guess.
