It’s nice to see some good national press for that airport in my back yard. From a USA Today story on AOL.com:
“Small airports may not have all the services and amenities travelers desire, but they are convenient,” says Jim Gaz, of J.D. Power and Associates, a marketing information firm that surveys travelers.[...]
Hobby and four other small airports - Dallas Love, San Antonio, El Paso and Hartford (Conn.) Bradley - scored higher in customer satisfaction than the highest-scoring big airport, Dallas/Fort Worth.[...]
I think that folks who have only seen the old, semivacant “B” terminal might disagree with that assessment, but still BDL is a fairly decent little airport, I think.
