Dennis House of WFSB posted on his blog an article discussing the trashiness of Hartford. Included with the article is a picture that just makes you want to shake your head:

That is a Whole Foods wrapper (circled) sitting on a bench, just a few feet away from a trash barrel (also circled).
Um… I thought Whole Foods was supposed to attract a more wholesome, earth-friendly customer base. Yet one of their earth-friendly, pro-organic customers couldn’t be bothered to walk a few feet to throw their trash in the trash? Geez!
