Apparently the cost of barley malt has risen 40%, and the economic viability of smaller brewers is being called into question.
Growing our own fuel seems like a good idea on the surface, but the unintended consequences of that idea are a little bit disturbing…. disturbing enough to drive me to attacks of awful alliteration.
