Climate change has been a growing concern for the P&C insurance industry, due to the expected costs from new/worse weather-related catastrophes, as well as the embracing of the idea that global warming has the potential to have a devastating impact on the global economy, which bodes ill for long-term prospects of certain segments of the market.
