So, Congress passed a pension reform measure last week. I had hoped to do a bit of reading on the subject (beyond the causual knowledge I have of it generally requiring defined benefit plans to be adequately funded in 7 years, and of PBGC premiums becoming risk-based), but unfortunately chores at home an my current trip to the west coast intervened.
