As the anniversary of Katrina approaches, it wouldn’t surprise me to see several more post-Katrina lawsuits publicized, such as this one, as reported by WREG-TV in Memphis:

Beauvoir has received over 180-thousand dollars under its “all-risk” commercial policy issued by a subsidiary of St. Paul Travelers Companies, according to the lawsuit. It said that amount represents less than five percent of the combined coverage limits of almost four-point-three (m) million dollars.
Beauvoir’s owner, the Mississippi Division of the United Sons of Confederate Veterans, further says the insurance company failed to deal fairly and in good faith.
