As seen at FoxNews:
Rush Limbaugh was detained for about three-and-a-half hours
at Palm Beach International Airport after [Customs] authorities said they
found a bottle of Viagra in his possession without a prescription.[...]A doctor had prescribed the drug, but it was “labeled as being issued to
the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes,” Roy Black,
Limbaugh’s attorney, said in a statement.Last month, Limbaugh reached a deal with prosecutors who had accused the
conservative talk-show host of illegally deceiving multiple doctors to
receive overlapping pain pill prescriptions. Under the deal, a single charge
commonly referred to as “doctor shopping” would be dismissed after 18 months
if he complies with terms that include submitting to random drug tests and
continuing treatment for his acknowledged addiction to
painkillers.
There are so many snarky comments I could make here. Instead, I’ll
refrain and limit myself to an observation: while I could understand why a
well-known radio personality would not want his name seen on a drug
prescribed to treat ED, you’d think that someone who had been in trouble
with the law over improper acquisition of prescription drugs would use a bit
more care in acquiring meds in the future.

Rush Limbaugh gets off Viagra charge….
Rush Limbaugh won’t be charged in his Viagra case. Limbaugh was detained last month for having a bottle of Viagra in his luggage. The Viagra was prescribed to another person, the doctor who prescribed it, for privacy reasons….
