Andrew Cohen of Bench Conference posted an account of being busted by U.S. Customs for
attempting to smuggle a pastrami into the states.
With all the fuss that has been made in the media recently about illegal
immigration, the porousness of our borders, etc. — doesn’t it seem odd that
we can expend so much manpower preventing rogue pastramis from crossing the
border, yet we can’t gain control of who’s crossing the border?
