If you are the President, there is one advantage to visiting a state where you have only a 31% approval rating:

You don’t have to worry about how many people you p*ss off when your motorcade closes the busiest highway in the state.

State Police urged motorists to avoid one of the busiest stretches of Connecticut highway Wednesday to reduce the delays caused by President Bush’s motorcade.

Bush is scheduled to fly into New Haven and speak at 10:55 a.m. in Bridgeport. Police expect to close parts of Interstate 95 between New Haven and Bridgeport sometime before that.
