Average difference in sea height, high versus low tide, at the Seychelles: 1.4 meters
Average height (trough-crest) of sea swells off the Seychelles: 1.1 meters
I’m not so sure I want to go set up the family estate in the Seychelles…at least, not if I expect it to be handed down through the generations.
