Dumb question:
It sounds like Alito’s going to avoid being tarnished for his listing his CAP membership on a job application several years ago, by virtue of the fact that he wasn’t really all that involved.
Shouldn’t someone be pointing out that we have a potential SCOTUS justice here who essentially lied on a job application?
