Genghis Conn reports on his blog that former Governor Weicker is interested in joining a lawsuit to kill that provision of Connecticut’s new campaign finance law, as it would have been problematic back during his third-party gubernatorial run.
It’s nice to see that I’m not the only person troubled by strengthening the control of the duopoly.
