Realclearpolitics.com has a link to a November 1 commentary in USA Today, How 400 House Races Were Rigged, slamming gerrymandering.
It mentions that Iowa has a rule requiring House districts to be drawn compactly, and that a ballot measure in Arizona seeks to do the same thing.
Now that’s a good idea. Shame it probably won’t happen in too many other states in my lifetime.
